Contract Position

ITD Group has a vacancy for an Electrical Assistant, responsible for assisting with the installation, commissioning as well as maintenance and repair of all air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC) systems electrical.

Key Deliverables:

• Customer Satisfaction – always the main objective.
• Assist with the installation of HVAC electrical services, three phase and single phase, including but not limited to: Installation of wire ways, cabling, switchboards and terminations.
• Assist with the installation of controls and instrumentation installations.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and fault finding of control systems and instrumentation.
• Conduct electrical maintenance work.
• Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Develop and complete tasks in accordance with the company’s SHEQ and ISO system.
Ability to professionally communicate with clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric/Equivalent Technical N3
• Clear criminal record
• Electrical modules/course
• 1 year electrical installation/maintenance experience
